Galaxy tab is in great condition and working well!

So after sending north of $300 for a tablet I was anxious to try it out. Especially since seller sent it by the slowest possible method (UPS Gnd). So it finally arrives and I open the package and press the power button. Two - Three times. Nothing. So I plug it into a charger. nothing. 5 minutes later a faint display shows on the screen - 3% & charging.

So this seller cares so little for his customers that he sends out completely dead devices that haven't been charged in MONTHS.

Avoid this shoddy seller.

The item is exactly as discribed and everything works lovely. I'm not a fan of the fact the battery health wasn't on the listing but overall a good expirence

Overall the experience was good and the phone shipped very fast. Only thing I would like to see an improvement on is any disclosure of possible past repairs. I do know that with any given used phone it's no guarantee the seals and water proofing are intact however I believe this phone was opened in the past which lead to avoidable water damage on my part. I would still recommend the seller but I think a disclaimer or disclosure of known repairs or other damage apart form cosmetic could be helpful.

Packing was a little minimal but it survived the rough ride intact.

No happy with the packaging that was done. I uploaded photos to reflect this. Not even bubble wrapping to at least have a barrier for transport. I would not recommend this company

This phone has a broken telephoto camera. Just realized this as I had not been able to use until yesterday. I bought this phone to use as a dedicated video camera with a gimbal for my work. I chose this model because it was the least expensive one that works with full telephoto with my DJI gimbal. At 2x zoom the camera app freezes/crashes. In "Pro Video" it works up to 10x (max) with the wide angle camera, but freezes/crashes as soon as switched to telephoto camera.
So I now have a $251 paperweight that I will have to reimburse my employer for.
Not happy about this, what can be done?

Unfortunately, phone arrived well but after setting up, it came with a defective type c port and battery. Battery won't charge wireless or plugged in. These phones have modular ports which means it's not easily fixable. I wanted to rate this higher, but I bought a lemon!

10% restocking fee? That's criminal. I posted 2 questions on here about this phone I bought from this place and no replies at all? Usually this means they know something and don't want to say anything/ignore you. For the restocking fee you should at least respond to the questions?

I would not buy anything from this place. The phone they sold me is not working properly at all? These reviews are questionable to say the least. 3 questions with zero replies. I tried looking for this place and its not listed anywhere? Buyers beware.
