This phone has a broken telephoto camera. Just realized this as I had not been able to use until yesterday. I bought this phone to use as a dedicated video camera with a gimbal for my work. I chose this model because it was the least expensive one that works with full telephoto with my DJI gimbal. At 2x zoom the camera app freezes/crashes. In "Pro Video" it works up to 10x (max) with the wide angle camera, but freezes/crashes as soon as switched to telephoto camera.
So I now have a $251 paperweight that I will have to reimburse my employer for.
Not happy about this, what can be done?

Unfortunately, phone arrived well but after setting up, it came with a defective type c port and battery. Battery won't charge wireless or plugged in. These phones have modular ports which means it's not easily fixable. I wanted to rate this higher, but I bought a lemon!

10% restocking fee? That's criminal. I posted 2 questions on here about this phone I bought from this place and no replies at all? Usually this means they know something and don't want to say anything/ignore you. For the restocking fee you should at least respond to the questions?

I would not buy anything from this place. The phone they sold me is not working properly at all? These reviews are questionable to say the least. 3 questions with zero replies. I tried looking for this place and its not listed anywhere? Buyers beware.

Fast shipping, phone like new

Shipping time was just fine, arrived in plenty of bubble-wrapped packaging. Phone looks spotless aside from the prominent scratches on the bottom right side of the screen that were in the listing photos. Everything functions just fine, battery drains surprisingly fast for 100% battery health but I believe that is due to the already small battery capacity.

Overall, it's an iPhone SE 2020, so it's exactly what I paid for, thank you.
