The phone was a Sprint Network that was unlocked not a factory unlocked phone and it wasn't compatible with my Cricket Network. It was returned and a refund was made through PayPal.

Phone arrived in exact condition as seller described. I do have to say well done on the internal packaging seeing the amount of abuse the USPS put the box through. I have images if anyone is curious. Phone was not unlocked like posting claimed. We knew it was an after market screen but it wasn't even installed properly. It was popped out. Took too long to respond and had to get Swappa involved many times just to get a response in regards to unlocking the phone, sending the return label, and sending the refund. From the moment I bought the item until receiving the refund took almost an entire month.

Received all items and shipping was fast! Items all in condition as described. Would buy from this seller again!

Stopped working after 2 months. Internal issues that Apple won't repair. Missing screws inside, no grounds on antennas.

Initially, the phone came with an inactive serial number according to Apple. This wouldn't let me update the phone, but it seems like the seller contacted Apple, as I was later able to update the phone. After confirming with Apple, it seems like the serial number was replaced with an active one.
