Everything was great!

barely droped it right when i got it and screen cracked a little, but that wasnt a problem, The phones damaged, its component are broke and it will randomly take control of phone and do all kinds of wacky things,. speaker phone works but not with the microphone.

Iphone's touchscreen stopped working within a month

We bought the phone in June and it is now throwing a error saying the parts aren't compatible with Apple and we are getting the black screen of death. $200 phone got us roughly 5 months of life.

iPad was in a glitchy state but return and refund was handled well so I can't say I'm displeased.

Device received is in good condition as advertised. No scratches on screen; camera takes clear photos; battery is at 100% capacity; GPS, wi-fi, and cell services are all functional; home button works, and "Carrier Lock" value is "No SIM restrictions", i.e. unlocked. Storage capacity, color, and model number all match the listing. Serial number provided in the listing is actually the MEID, with one extra digit.

Communication from seller could have been better. Phone arrived in condition described.

Battery condition excellent, phone is unlocked, well packaged. There's an area with many (6+) minor (1/16th in) scratches on the screen glass that is invisible when the display is on and outside of glare. Minor enough that it will likely disappear when a screen glass is applied, and while it probably fits into Good grading, I still think it should have been better documented in the listing photos, with an image of the screen with the display off.

Display was really poorly replaced with a cheap lcd and no waterproof seal was replaced. Battery was not original and adhesive installed incorrectly. Phone was also missing screws. I do not recommend this seller.
