We originally chose this seller because of the high ratings. Unfortunately It took seller 6 days to provide us with the tracking number. It was another couple days before we received the phone. This was my first time using this site, and I am not terribly impressed.

Screen is malfunctioning. The screen is unresponsive and flashes white when left sitting.

Seller was very helpful and receptive after I came back to them with some questions about their device. Fast responses and knowledgable answers.

We are working together on a return since the phone is not working as I expected. Its partially my fault. The seller clearly listed that it had an aftermarket display. I didn't realize this could affect the performance of the phone.
