While I'm glad things got resolved eventually, this whole process was a nightmare. The seller was argumentative, rude, and condescending. It felt like I had to fight just to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. I really appreciate the swappa staff for having my back and helping me get my money back.

phone arrived new as advertised and works good. there was shipping delays because of weather and seller even offered to refund me if i cancelled the delivery from usps which was a nice gesture. but the phone arrived finally and i am happy.

i asked if he could check to make sure it worked with xfinity, he did not do it other than that it was ok

Item arrived with factory seal unbroken. Item is in fact new.

Luckily this isn't my main phone and just a backup phone because this phone isn't new. It's refurbished. The display is new and even better than the display that was on it previously (I've owned a new A52 in the past so I know what they look and feel like). It seems like they put a flagship display on this phone. That being said, I immediately knew this phone wasn't new because the back plastic was coming off of it. I wanted to be 100% sure before I wrote this review so I ended up taking the back plastic off of it and I noticed a dent in the battery and some screws are missing which means that this phone was obviously taken apart and put back together. I'm going to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and assume that he bought the phone from somewhere else and didn't realize that it was a refurb. That being said, all of his "new phones" should be removed from Swappa and inspected to make sure they're actually new.

This device was a great price, but was definitely not in mint condition as advertised. There were a number of light scratches on the screen and the headphone port was damaged. The seller was very willing to work with me, which was appreciated, but I am overall disappointed with the fact that this was advertised as being in mint condition in the first place when it clearly wasn't.
