The phone was delivered quickly. Smooth ordering process. No issues upon arrival and in expected condition.

BEWARE. I purchased the phone and it came in a new box and looked official. I took it out of the box and the screen looked little off, camera was out of place slightly. 3 months later the screen stops working. No external damage. Turns out the phone is refurbished, aftermarket screen. Seller is not taking responsibility for selling a refurbished phone as new and blaming me. Showed proof via a local repair shop. Beware of getting a phone from this seller.

While I'm glad things got resolved eventually, this whole process was a nightmare. The seller was argumentative, rude, and condescending. It felt like I had to fight just to make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. I really appreciate the swappa staff for having my back and helping me get my money back.
