Fast shipping and service but the Samsung phone came Knox enrolled by a phone rental company. Seller took a while to respond but agreed on returning and gave a refund immediately after getting the return.

The phone is great and in great condition! Works just fine, only problem is the charger was a fake knockoff and would only charge the phone for 30 seconds at a time before getting white hot to the point it would burn your hand and then disconnect itself. Would have to wait for a cool down before functioning again. Stopped using it and ordered one off amazon instead for fear of frying the phone.

Great product

I have been having some minor issues with this phone such as screen burn out and several glitches and phone spasms making the phone inoperable at times. I am working on getting the issue resolved.
