Deceitful advertisement of an unlocked phone when in actuality it was a hard locked phone. Buyer beware. In the end seller made a full straightforward refund but a large waste of time.

Fast shipping and the phone was received in very good condition. The problem is that the phone has screen burn which is apparently common among LG G5. I wish this was disclosed on the sales page. I would definitely buy from this seller again, but probably avoid LG phones from now on.

Item (LG G5, AT&T) was promptly shipped and was as described cosmetically. However, the screen had an display issue. I accepted their offer to replace it with another of the same model, but the second device had the same similar issue with the screen. The seller was prompt with all communication and willing to work with me, but I was disappointed with the lack of quality testing. Item was returned for full refund.

I completed the checklist and everything works great, the phone is in amazing condition, when they say light scratches they mean you have to hold a light to it to see tiny scratches... in my case 2, that were maybe about 2mm long and as deep as a hair, can't notice them on with a screen protector or unless there is a glare, great phone and will recommend to others.

Shipping was fast, physical condition of the device matched description. The only issue seemed to be that the phone had issues with the carrier SIM it was stated to be able to run. Issue was fixed, and phone is working perfectly now.

My phone came in a great physical condition, but I have only had it for two days and it was not charging correctly yesterday and today randomly shut itself off for no reason. I had to restart the phone to get it to work again for both issues.
