Phone I receive is very clean but the software keeps freezing and the phone turn off all of sudden when using it the touch screen looks like its been replace and doesn't follow commands like it should

The reason for 2 stars bec the battery on the phone dies after less than 25 min of use, that was not mention by the seller. I just don’t have time to return it and deal with the refund process and PayPal...I will end up buying a battery from somewhere.
