I was being a little too harsh. Phone was in excellent condition , but the original owner didn't finish paying off the phone. Which resulted in the phone to be blacklisted. The seller however did work with me every step of the way and refunded me my money back. I would use this seller again but next time I need 100% guarantee that the next phone I buy won't blacklist.
