Seller shipped phone very fast, phone arrived in a bubble envelope in factory plastic, upon peeling the plastic there were a few light scratches on the back glass, possibly from the USPS mailing machines. Or maybe from Apple itself (people reported brand new iphones out of the box with scratches online). Overall, the phone was as described, as it was known to the seller and good buying experience. Seller also responded to any emails extremely fast.
