Claudio was very responsive, attentive, and fast; he is a quality seller. The only reason I am giving him 4 stars is because the first phone he sent could not be activated on Sprint. He recovered nicely and provided a replacement that then did work, but I had to go through the hassle of working with Sprint support, going to the store, and then mailing the faulty unit back (adding $12 to the cost of the phone.) It's not the mistake; it's how you recover. And Claudio made an excellent recovery!

The phone was in mint condition, everything worked great and I am still generally very happy. The listing had provided June 13, 2016 as the warranty expiration date, it was actually November 4, 2015 when I looked it up on Apple web site. So it was short 7 month :-(

I have been an eBayer since 1999 with 100% feedback in almost 500 transactions. As a new Swappa user I was anxious and very cautious about buying a $500 item online. The iPhone 6 was described as Mint with an Apple warranty till June 20 2016. I bought the item on June 21 2015 a few hours after it was listed from a Texas location and received it in San Francisco on June 24. The item is as described. The first thing I did was go to the Apple store which confirmed the warranty date. So this looks like a good deal. Also, I like the idea that I don't have to bid and everything is included in the price the item is listed. I'll definitely look into Swappa again the next time I make an online purchase. This transaction is another reason why Claudio is a trusted vendor in Swappa.com.
