defective the wireless charging does not work properly and apps disappear i have notified the seller but he/she does not care and swappa leaves remarks for seller to reply but does nothing to help

Seller has failed to respond back. Listed as Verizon unlocked. Phone recognizes my sim card and phone number but does not show any bars or allow calls.

Device came in and was in good condition. It was not unlocked as the listing suggested.

Visible in a photo there was clearly tampering with the sim card slot which is unopenable now. The seller hadn't mentioned any such issue with the phone on the buy page and listed the phones condition as good. I bought it because it was verizon compatible but it doesnt matter if I cant use the sim card. If the seller would please provide a fix it would be much appreciated.

Sent me malfunctioning phones. Will not provide a receipt for proof of purchase. He touted the "factory warranty" with Kyocera, but that is only valid with a receipt/proof of purchase which the seller will NOT provide. Questionable seller who likely sells grey/black market phones with faulty problems. Now he does not reply to any further inquiry.

I have gotten several phones through swappa and never had any issues. Unfortunately this phone is having many issues that were not network related and a refund was not offered. Really disappointed in the amount spent for repairs on a "mint" condition phone.

Phone started to get a vertical line down the screen. Haven't dropped the phone even once and the screen died.

Sent the wrong charging cable, and the digitizer is fried on the right side of the phone. If it wasn't under warranty I'd reverse the sale.
