The phone looks pristine and it even came with a charger (which I wasn't expecting)! The shipping time took longer than I'd expected, but I didn't pay for expedited shipping, so that's my fault (USPS can be so slow). One concern is that the phone came up as BLACK when I took it to Verizon to be activated, when this phone was sold to me as ROSE GOLD (which it looks like). Otherwise we are completely satisfied with our purchase.
