Shipping was prompt and the item received is as described. The only negative experience involved the USPS who evidently lost the package for approximately 10 days. The seller was very responsive to my inquiries and promptly asked the USPS to locate the package. I would purchase from the seller again but use a different shipping service if I had that choice. Swappa was not very helpful with their assistance however and issued a generic "canned" response that was outdated in an attempt to appear to do something to explain the situation.
