The Note 9 looked beautiful upon receipt. a little sensitive at first. Youtube videos would stop in the midst of the short clip and go back to main screen. Updated the software and reset the phone, then everything seems to work good. Happy at the moment.

I got the items, they're clean with no scuffs. The seller got back to me quickly when I had an issue with the phone. I def didn't feel like I had the benefit of the doubt when telling them about an issue the phone had, or as they were eager to help, but I understand there's probably more to what the seller does and can/can't do than I know.
Not a bad experience at least, I'd buy again.

Upon purchase the seller (HTownGadgets) sent it off for delivery almost immediately. The condition was in mint condition as promised. Unfortunately there was an issue with service provider. Seller accepted return with full refund. Would do business with again.
