I love the phone. It was listed as mint and it is in the best condition I could ever expect from a previously owned phone. It cost a few dollars more than some of the others, but I received a brand new fast charger and cord. The phone was packed in a special box and arrived completely unharmed. I couldn't be happier with this phone.

Phone was shipped by seller the same day, USPS was delayed and did not arrive per scheduled delivery. Purchased a Samsung S9 in Apr 2020, phone is like new condition. I would rate it as mint, although Swappa rating was good condition. Very pleased. Upgraded from a S4 and the Verizon SIM card was a different size. Went to local Verizon and they gave me the correct SIM.

Phone did not work with my SIM despite being called unlocked, but seller was VERY responsive and handled my refund professionally. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

It was shipped timely, but I had no idea this was going to be a signature required item. I didn't get it until about 4 days later than I would have because the post office attempted delivery once, and even when requested re-delivery they didn't do it for 2 straight days. I eventually went in and picked it up. Phone is as described.
