The device was send with a cracked screen, which i don't believe was initially reported in the listing, and was against TOS even if i possibly missed it. The company did not want to issue a return until Swappa staff stepped in. Thank you Swappa staff for the help. The money was refunded in 4 days after the return of the phone. I would not recommend doing business with them and will avoid them in the future.

Refunded the money. IMEI in picture did not match the IMEI on sale page.

The Wireless Circle LIED about selling me a unlocked Google Pixel. They instead gave me a Verizon Pixel. Getting in contact with them took weeks and found out that their Swappa team is completely different from their actual business. They gave me a whole roundabout trying to fix this situation then ghosted me. Apparently they think carrier unlocked is bootloader unlocked yet charged me for a bootloader unlocked.

The phone arrived me to mid August. Screen went black two weeks after using phone. Pitch black screen. I can't use the phone at all. I did the manual reboot many times since then and the phone hasn't turned back on. I can't view the home screen. Waste of money.

Item was clearly a refurb and not in mint condition as described.

Edit-- Downgraded my original Neutral Rating to a Negative one. The box was sealed with a Nest sticker, appearing to be "Mint" as described. Upon opening the box, it was clear that it was not factory packed. It looked as though someone had unpacked it, saved all the materials, and repacked it. It was the packing quality of an excellent refurb, but not Mint. The unit itself is clearly used, with light scratching on the face. But here's the deal-closer, upon install and powering up, the unit had obviously been previously installed and required a factory reset to clear all the previous owner's settings. Deceptively advertised products from this seller, not sure how they got the Nest sticker on there, but this thing was obviously used.

iPhone SE sealed unlocked. Unable to activate device. Brought to Apple store and they were unable to activate. They said it was locked to Verizon. Apple also said phone was NOT under 1yr warranty though seller said it was in listing. I returned phone to seller and was only given partial refund and have had to open case with Paypal to get remaining refund owed.
Paypal has since refunded me the difference.

I purchased a phone, a day later, I got a message that the phone was "lost or stolen from the warehouse", so the order was cancelled and refunded. Ok, I understand. A day and a half later, an identical phone was put up for sale for $100 more by the same seller. Both phones were new in box, so it was not like one was in better or worse condition. I messaged them on my voided sale thread, and was ignored. Feels a little scummy to me. I did not have a good experience.

Phone didn't work initially when it arrived. They addressed my issue and a factory reset did the trick. Appreciate the customer service.

Update: phone has been nothing but trouble. Volume button was broke. Typing lag keeps coming back and the screen kept having phantom touches where the phone would become unusable. It was a piece of junk.

Sold me a "mint" phone with obvious cosmetic defects. Claimed it was in "good" condition and offered $20 back. I can't go without a phone so I'm stuck paying "good" condition for a passable phone. Lesson learned: always check for pictures before buying.

Phone is in good condition but I would not rate it as mint.
Minor scratch on corner and screen.
Scratch on screen not noticeable when protector is on

I purchased a brand new phone, supposedly, and it won't hold a charge. I'm so sad, disappointed. A failing battery was the ONLY REASON I STARTED LOOKING FOR A NEW PHONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. NOW I CAN'T AFFORD A NEW BATTERY FOR THIS ONE.
