Couldn't activate the device. Returned it. Had to file a Paypal dispute and wait for Paypal to approve it because the seller didn't communicate. Seller still was commenting on his other sale items during this time.

Good sale. In retrospect, I would have liked more detail on the fact that the box was not original to the iPad and the Otterbox had a scratch on it, but those are very minor quibbles. Seller communicated well and the iPad was excellent. Great value. Would buy from seller again.

This is my first and last transaction with Swappa. The company isn’t bad but the guy I was purchasing the iPad from was very dishonest. Serge K, sold me an iPad that wasn’t fully functional and after I sent it back, he wouldn’t refund my shipping cost and came up with a bogus claim that it had a dent in it. This guy is a joke and made me never want to use Swappa again. Not sure how he’s gotten good reviews at all! Very disappointed

Sorry to have taken so long yes the tablet is in very good condition however when opening the box there was NO BRICK TO CHARGE IT. it is clearly seen in the pictures but it's not that big of a deal as we have some already we could use however if I needed one I would not have received one that it clearly shows is there. But everything else is good........Thanks

The phone was perfect. The seller not so much. He received a refund from the post office regarding shipping because it was not delivered as promised. Not his fault. He offered to refund my shipping and then got mad when I took him up on the offer. Swappa had to get involved to get him to return my shipping money. He tried to keep it even when the post office would refund. I’m his defenses I believe he has so many sales and forgot he offered to refund. He didn’t seem to take the time to re read his conversation with me. In the end, I received the refund and he is mad.
