Customer lied on his item being sold.Expected to have the sim tray on phone however no sim tray was found.Totally un satisfied customer.Not a trusted seller.

Never received phone. allowed for more shipping time and ZERO communication with me or Swappa staff. Had to get pay pal to force a refund.. BEWARE

Item was described as mint but had a scratch and a couple nicks in the screen

I asked to ship with FedEx or UPS because USPS had a big delay , he replied that he would use shipping agency that he wanted the seller used USPS and the package take almost two week or more to arrive

The charger was literally hanging by the thread. Upon asking about the charger, the seller had the audacity to say that he was selling the laptop and not the charger. And he furthermore went on to say to return it. If I didn't have a class that needed a high-speed mac, I would have happily sent his laptop with the charger which is hanging by the thread with back to him.

Couldn't activate the device. Returned it. Had to file a Paypal dispute and wait for Paypal to approve it because the seller didn't communicate. Seller still was commenting on his other sale items during this time.

Did not respond to any comments, shipped late, unresponsive

This is my first and last transaction with Swappa. The company isn’t bad but the guy I was purchasing the iPad from was very dishonest. Serge K, sold me an iPad that wasn’t fully functional and after I sent it back, he wouldn’t refund my shipping cost and came up with a bogus claim that it had a dent in it. This guy is a joke and made me never want to use Swappa again. Not sure how he’s gotten good reviews at all! Very disappointed

The phone was perfect. The seller not so much. He received a refund from the post office regarding shipping because it was not delivered as promised. Not his fault. He offered to refund my shipping and then got mad when I took him up on the offer. Swappa had to get involved to get him to return my shipping money. He tried to keep it even when the post office would refund. I’m his defenses I believe he has so many sales and forgot he offered to refund. He didn’t seem to take the time to re read his conversation with me. In the end, I received the refund and he is mad.

Didn't ship on time, then shipped item after I cancelled, then took over a week to refund. NOT RECOMMENDED

Rude and dishonest seller

Seller charged me extra to overnight, which he didn’t do, then tried to keep my money until Swappa basically forced him to return it. Poor experience, wouldn’t suggest buying from this seller

The iPad I purchased was not as described. When I contacted the seller, he insulted me and refused to acknowledge the condition. He claimed it was purchased brand new from Apple and when I asked for proof, he did not provide it and avoided the question. I found out it was purchased from Verizon and the embedded SIM card was disabled. The entire time after the sale, the seller was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unwilling to help or be honest with me. I do not recommend doing business with this seller
