Received wrong model phone but refund was issued promptly.

The post said unlock phone, but it is blocked by Verizon, I went to the offices and they told me is imposible do nothing without buyer information, Could you give me a solution?

The phone is as slow as my old iPhone 7

Only reason for neutral rating is because there are scratches on phone and wear marks from where a case was on it.

There are scratches on the device that can’t be seen in the pictures and were not listed on the device details. It’s usable just not what it’s supposed to be. I won’t be using this device because it wasn’t supposed to be damaged/scratched.

Phone was more scratched than shown in pictures. Fast delivery though, only thing that satisfied me.

I purchase a phone and protection plan. The seller notified me 4 days later that the phone was cracked and they cancelled the order. I was credited for the phone, but not the protection plan. That might be on swappa, not the seller. But, being notified 4 days after the order that the phone the seller listed wasnt in the condition they stated certainly was within their power. So, no thumbs up, and because some of this is swappa's fault, no thumbs down either... meh.

Device was ok, probably should have disclosed the screen burn that this particular device had.

The bottom right side of the screen doesn't respond to touch as well as the rest of the screen.

Thank you seller. I received the phone, it is in good condition, very quickly sent, I am glad that we managed to reach an important date. But here the wire from the charger does not work! Accessory not supported! This is very bad, as the phone took as a gift to my aunt. Will have to buy a new charge, or can you somehow compensate for this?

Hello I have order and received this item: SSRT77307    Samsung Galaxy S7 (AT&T) [SM-G930A] - Gold, 32 GB    Good    Active  however this item is not as described it overheats and i am not able to make calls, aslo the phone will turn off on its own, i would like to return this item.

All was well with my purchase. Would buy again.

Had an initial shock, because phone did come with update error. But by the end the phone worked fine for a used item. Thank you.

got the device in a very poor shipment package, got some marks on the screen because of improper packaging practice

It seems that there is a problem with the phone's battery. It hasn't gone past 54% and its been on the charger for about an hour, and if I take it off the charger for 5 minutes, it dies

Condition wasn't marked properly. Would've gone for a refund but couldn't be without a phone for another week.

Arrived on time. Phone wasn't as listed. The headphones are not the original. The USB cord has been used. No SIM removal tool and no S-PEN spare tips. be careful with what they offer.

Slow shipment even though "fast shipment" was mentioned on the listing. The phone arrived not as described. Seller refused to honor his own word providing deceptive information. Do not but from this seller unless you want bad surprises.
