Seller is very unresponsive. I had to get Swappa involved to get the tracking info sent. I ordered 2 I Phone 8's from QualityCells at the same time and both were supposed to be in good condition. After 6 weeks of use, both phones smell like they are burning when they charge. One overheats so bad that it shuts down and will not charge. I contacted the seller over 2 weeks ago and they have yet to respond. Swappa customer support has also sent them 2 messages with no response. There is nothing quality about the phones from this seller.

Seller sent a phone that was scratched beyond normal wear and tear that had been indicated in the listing. Seller tried to claim that scratches were shown in the listing photos (they were not). Seller eventually agreed to provide a partial refund for the difference. I had to fight to get the seller to agree to this partial refund. Process took a week and a half to resolve. Will absolutely avoid this seller in the future.

I chose this seller because they advertised Express Shipping as an option. After buying the phone AND the Express shipping, the buyer didn't ship my phone until the day AFTER the STANDARD shipping deadline. I did try to reach out to them to explain why there was a delay in shipping, but received not a word.

Advertising and charging me for Express Shipping has completely ruined my experience with this seller, as the phone was otherwise exactly as described.

Sent me a tmobile locked version, & I asked to please replace it with same factory unlocked version, in same condition. They said yes,and my paypal yesterday says refund...look on swappa. See they have 5 good condition g965u1 phones. They r douchebags

Was sold a phone that was still under lease threw sprint a useless paper weight. Getting refunded after return of device was trouble some. Terrible experience

Buyer Beware: The experience with this seller was a nightmare. I finally got a refund after being blamed for a phone that I received with a lock screen. It was suppose to be a gift for my son's bday on 2/12. I paid for express shipping and it was sent approximately 4 days later. It was received late. Lied about when the phone shipped. I don't think they know they difference between creating a label and actually shipping an item. This seller lacks customer services skills and/or is just trying to scam people. I just wanted to purchase a phone without breaking my pockets. I've brought a phone the month before this one from another seller it went so smooth that I told anyone who would listen about this site. I also told them not to buy from this seller. An extra $10 to another seller will save you a month worth of headache.
Shameful how I was treated by this seller.

In a few words: horrible customer service. The phone was suspended so I returned it and the only way I got my money back after a week of being ignored was going through Paypal. They reviewed my case and ruled in my favor, it wasn't until then that they decided to reply saying that a refund was issued. They didn't do a thing, Paypal forced that refund! Always run the IMEI with your carrier before purchasing because they certainly don't.

Sold me a financed AT&T phone that was not paid off instead of an unlocked T-Mobile phone as listed. Had to return, which was not convenient or speedy. Big waste of time. Would not recommend untrustworthy seller.

Phone screen doesn’t work, i can’t do anything with the phone the touch pad is broken. Seller has not replied to any comments

This seller is not recommended. I bought the Google Pixel on 2018-6-28 and it suddenly stopped working on 2018-10-12

got the device in a very poor shipment package, got some marks on the screen because of improper packaging practice

It seems that there is a problem with the phone's battery. It hasn't gone past 54% and its been on the charger for about an hour, and if I take it off the charger for 5 minutes, it dies

Condition wasn't marked properly. Would've gone for a refund but couldn't be without a phone for another week.

Arrived on time. Phone wasn't as listed. The headphones are not the original. The USB cord has been used. No SIM removal tool and no S-PEN spare tips. be careful with what they offer.

Slow shipment even though "fast shipment" was mentioned on the listing. The phone arrived not as described. Seller refused to honor his own word providing deceptive information. Do not but from this seller unless you want bad surprises.
