Slow shipping and response once the purchase was done. The charger that was shipped was faulty and does not charge the phone. A new one was promised but never shipped. I had to buy a charger for the phone. I would not buy from this vendor again.

I would definitely do business with the seller again. Everything was as described except there is burn-in on the tablet display, which was not conveyed prior to sale. It's minor, so I'm giving them a pass (but the tablet was obviously some type of display model). Otherwise, seems in excellent shape and all is well.

Phone came in on time, and seller was prompt in responding to questions. The phone itself was in promised, good quality, but its a shame that they left out the quality of the battery in their listing. Luckily, it was replaceable, but I would inquire in depth questions before ordering next time.

I believe the phone was actually under rated for its condition - the listing was rated as "Fair", but the phone is actually very "Good", almost mint.
