It turned out that he didn't send me a phone with a little bit of screen burn. They sent me a phone with a camera working at half capacity. Flickering and not being able to focus properly. Which is the most important feature that my wife is using.

They offered me a refund, and I had to return the phone that I was given. After 14 days, I have yet to receive the shipping return label as promised in the mail.

Don't buy from these guys.

080217 They have now sent me another device that seems to be working, and refunded me 100% of my cost. Can't get any better customer service than that. Took a while to get contact with them, but when I stayed on top of them, they followed through. 5 stars for money + phone back, and 3 stars for slow customer service.
