I received the device and it works perfectly, fast shipping. Normally if I find something wrong that wasn't described it wouldn't bother me and I wouldn't mention it but since it has to do with the screen its a major one. The screen has burn in and you can definitely notice which leads me to believe this was a show phone that was on all the time.

I moved this up to 4 stars from 3 because of the customer service I received. It was very easy to send the phone back and get a refund.

The device was received in excellent condition and was exactly as described in the posting. The device was activated and is functioning flawlessly!!

Order arrived safe and sound and the item was just as described. It's in extremely good condition (i.e., it looks and feels new).

The only issues we've had can be traced to the insane amount of useless bloatware from Samsung and AT&T. If we didn't need the extra bands packed into the AT&T model, we would have picked one with an unlockable bootloader. Anyway, this has nothing to do with the seller's description or condition of the item.
