I received a phone that was in great condition, but there were some washed out colors on the display. Initially, I just figured they missed it in testing and it wouldn't be an issue, but I was wrong. Despite providing evidence of the issue, I had trouble getting the seller to empathize with my issue and they tried to tell me it was not an issue if I used certain phone themes. I had to contact sales support in order to get a refund and even then they were getting me a hard time.

In perfect cosmetic and working condition as advertised! The included power adaptor did fail within about a week, but that isn't something I'm concerned about. Seller even shipped it out on Christmas Eve so it got here fast, which was just going the extra mile in my book.
