Although the seller paid for USPS Express Priority shipping, the packaging was a regular Priority Mail envelope. My local PO said that because of this it was NOT handled as Express. Very disappointing that I paid for a service that the seller didn't handle properly.

i returned the phone i bought from this seller, they failed to describe some issues with the phone. it was also a small battle to get a full refund (restocking fee shouldnt apply if the return is not buyers remorse)

You know the saying "Buyer Beware" Well Buyer Beware! Especially from Maya Phone Mobile! I had an issue with the cell phone that was purchased and after 2 1/2 weeks later I got things somewhat settled. Never in my life had I experienced such a tough time getting a refund. The worst part about it is that Swappa was trying to wash there hands of it and tried to stay out of it. Do yourself a favor and find you a bigger company to deal with... atleast they know what true customer service is about.
