The phone wouldn't turn on. Not rating negativly because you seem like a reputable vendor but could I maybe get another phone? I am an influencer and I need it or im pretty much fucked. I'm pretty sure you said there was a warrenty

Product not quite as described, but overall usable.

There were some issues with communication, but after it was figured out I received the device a day later and everything is working perfectly.

Good delivery

The phone was as described except for the entire ear speaker component needing to be replaced, good thing it was still under warranty otherwise it would have been a costly repair.

Got my product in the same conditions as listed, just as seen online. The only thing is that it said phone unlocked, and when I got it and tried it with my SIM, phone said "SIM not supported". Later, everything was excellent.

The screen of the phone was not OEM but seller corrected the issue right away.
Refunded my payment as soon as returned phone was received at their end.
I will still do business with this Seller because of the quick resolution to this issue.

This was a great purchase, I returned simply because I had switched from an 8+ to the XS and was not liking the smaller screen. Communication and shipping was fast!! Buyer beware: these phones are replacements from Apple. Not a big deal, but some people who buy on Swappa are looking for phones straight from the Apple store.

I received two faulty phones and decided to opt for a refund.

I am not sure who is at fault in this scenario...whether it was the seller or Swappa , however, I purchased the phone for the advertised price and purchased the insurance with it. Sale goes through then I get an email stating the sale is void b/c it was incorrectly listed price wise and the phone would cost around an extra $50 but they would discount me $15 for the inconvenience. So they refund me the price of the phone, but I still have to now void my warranty which is $60. Swappa sends me a link to do this which doesn't work so I have to email the company and provide all the voided sale info and blah blah blah. Still waiting to get refund back for warranty for the phone that I did not receive b/c of a voided sale due to somebody else's mistakes which I now have to deal with the ramifications.... Super pissed right now.

Little slow on getting the order out. It was the Holidays though.

Phone arrived quite quickly. Swappa condition says fair and noticeable wear and tear but then the seller gave it a 10/10 cosmetically. The screen was covered in scratches

Didn't end up recieving a dongle. Also the 2-day shipping is actually just a misleading title for the shipping that was used by USPS, it doesn't mean it arrives in two days which isn't clear in the description. It took 4-days for me which ended up being a huge hassle to get my phone from the post office since I had planned for receiving the phone in two days and was moved out of my home by the time the phone arrived four days later. The phone is fine and in mint condition as described.
