It took several days for the seller to respond to multiple forms of messages both on Swappa and Paypal. I couldn't get into the phone because it was locked, and locked to his account. They finally did respond and I got it sorted out. I understand life happens, but it's concerning when you cannot use a phone that you just spent $400 for. These are the things that should have been done before shipping it off to me.

As described, truly mint. Fast shipping. Could have been more accommodating in working with Cricket, but, seller not obligated to do so.
