It took several days for the seller to respond to multiple forms of messages both on Swappa and Paypal. I couldn't get into the phone because it was locked, and locked to his account. They finally did respond and I got it sorted out. I understand life happens, but it's concerning when you cannot use a phone that you just spent $400 for. These are the things that should have been done before shipping it off to me.
