Seller wrongly listed device as "new with original box and accessories". Recieved only the phone, and was told it was supposed to be listed "mint" instead. Seller tried to rectify the issue by sending a turbo charger and screen protector, which arrived a few days later and the screen protector was broken.

Make sure you know what you're buying before committing. 2 stars for effort to rectify, keeping 3 for the fact this seller has over 100 sales on here and still couldn't properly list a device or package a glass screen protector properly to not break in the mail.
