An issue came up due to external factors and they remedied the situation quickly and satisfactorily.

My device was in better shape than I expected. I would consider purchasing from this seller again. One issue, the included charger cable is not the correct one for the device. Device requires a type-C. The generic charger included says type-c on the box. However, it had a micro-b cable.

(UPDATE: After notifying the seller, they promptly sent another charger with the correct cable. Very good customer service. I would certainly purchase from this seller again.)

Hi, I received the phone and it looks like there's just a couple of things that I think should have been specifically mentioned in the listing:
- Vertical dent running down the back of the phone body (not visible from the photos that were posted due to the dark color of the phone),
- Tiny dent in receiver mesh affecting call audio quality.

Otherwise I am satisfied with the purchase and the service. Communication and shipping was prompt. Thanks a lot!
