Received phone today. I only see one additional ding on the bezel possibly due to the packaging it was in. However the phone functions seem to work but I won’t be able to fully activate it for another week because my son is out of town till then.

Made amends on mistakes made.

Device was not as described, and the seller refused to work with the buyer towards an amicable resolution.

Failed to communicate to me that the phone I bought a week before was not being shipped due to issues. Slow to refund and did not enjoy this experience.

Phone was as described, but received the sim tray 2 weeks after receiving the phone.

Posted a phone that was not as described or leaving information out of the description. He accepted a return but the communication was slow. Agreed to a refund but never fulfilled it or took action upon it. I had to go through extra steps of speaking to Paypal. Next time be prompt with communication and processed of whats needed. Worst experience on I've had and it all falls on you.
