Terrible ! Phone was sold for 1,110 as a working phone and Verizon advised it's tied to an account with a balance and they will not allow me to use under my name/service since balance from seller/owner is outstanding !!!
Returned phone - seller signed for phone in perfect condition and then filled a dispute with Paypal to get his money back. Seller has money and phone. Scammmed !!!

Sellers listing described the IPhone 11 Pro Max as brand new, but the phone was not brand new. The seller never mentioned that it was an AT&T certified restored phone.

Unfortunately it took him longer than the required 2 days to send out the phone and altogether it took 13 days to receive the phone. I lost business because this gentleman doesn't follow the rules. Swappa was also no help.

Seller was reasonable, and understanding, however he is a reseller, not the original owner. The brand new phone I bought was illegal iPhone that was supposed to be returned to Apple. It may not be the seller's fault, but he should have checked before selling it on Swappa. This was a waste of time for both of us, and seller only refunded partial of my return shipping fee. I believe he should have returned full return shipping fee for selling a defective product. I'm not sure why I had to be penalized for a return shipping fee.

We are having major issues with this phone. The sellers contact and info were never deleted and phone wasn’t reset to factory settings and the phone doesn’t get any service! Cannot text or make phone calls!! I would like information on how to resolve these issues or I want to return it for a full refund

My son used his H.S. graduation money to buy this phone for $320. It worked fine from May 15 to mid-August, then stopped charging. He took it in to a cell phone repair place and they said it needed a new charging port. $80 later, he picked it up and they had replaced the port and said they could see it had old water damage. Phone worked with new port for about 10 days, started not charging off and on. Few days later and now it's back to not charging at all. My son is out $400 for a piece of crap phone. He's 18 and works parttime while going to college. I've given him my phone (a used Galaxy 5 that I bought a few years ago from Glyde), and have bought myself another used phone from Glyde. This whole experience turned me off Swappa. My son is disgusted he more or less threw his Grad. money away.

Phone was not in Mint condition as listed, many scratches on screen and should've been marked "Fair condition" maybe even "Good condition", other than that the phone seems to work fine. A bit irritated as I was looking to get a phone with no scratches on the screen which is why I was buying one listed as Mint condition.

This phone is broken. It worked well for about a week. Then the audio started to cut out during phone calls. Now as soon as the battery drops below 20% the phone cannot support even opening and app and does nothing but restart until I charge it. Definitely was not in mint condition upon receiving this device. Be wary.

Posted a phone that was not as described or leaving information out of the description. He accepted a return but the communication was slow. Agreed to a refund but never fulfilled it or took action upon it. I had to go through extra steps of speaking to Paypal. Next time be prompt with communication and processed of whats needed. Worst experience on I've had and it all falls on you.
