Device was unlocked but it was still a Verizon device. Seller should have listed it under Verizon rather than unlocked. Verizon devices are always unlocked. But there is a verizon option when listing your items for a purpose.

As advertise phone was clean and in mint condition. Good and fair price. GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE, prompt responses. Had a software glitch but since in warranty Apple tech support resolved the issue. I’m grading this neutral because of the shipping mistake, 2 days later than promise. Still, SWAPPA will be highly recommended. Thank you!

I didn't know that the product didn't come with a charger. I only receive the device without any accessory.

bad seller list phone new and sent me refurbished . I return the phone i had to wait 5 days the refund was pending . this seller just wasting time . holding money for 2 weeks . so disappointed

Seller cancelled due to incorrect price listing. While mistakes happen, this is unfair to a buyer who is in need of a phone. +1 star for at least responding within 24 hours.

Item not as described. Item was described as brand new. It was in mint shape but not brand new. The battery was out of the factory packaging and the factory screen protector had been removed and placed back on.

Purchased this on Oct 17. Seller advertises "FAST SHIPPING", but it didn't ship until Oct 21. Granted there was a weekend between, but 21st was Tuesday! USPS was the shipper, and the tracking number seller provided to me was wrong. I started emailing the seller on Oct 23, and only after 3 days (and 3 emails) did I get a reply. By that time the phone had arrived on the 25th. The good news is that the phone came as advertised -- "MINT" condition, but seller's lack of communication and untimely delivery made for a stressful sale.
