The phone I was given has a front camera which doesn’t work and the speakers don’t work whenever I make a phone call. I am not content with my purchase.

Posted a rose gold phone on swappa, contacts me a day later saying sorry it's actually black. The seller tried to send me a phone that I never saw a picture of. Very sneaky and I am now in a tough situation since I needed this phone today

Phone got reported financed by tmobile two months after sale. Matthews is the most unprofessional seller i've had the displeasure to be dealing with. The average response time of his replies is between 24/48 hours so a simple issue will take weeks and nothing will come out of it. Had to file paypal dispute and even then he escalate the case meaning he didn't want to accept the return so he wanted to rip me off of this unusable phone. Luckily paypal sided with me and gave me my money back.
If you have any issues with this person go straight to paypal don't waste your time trying to solve it he will just make you waste your time.

ps On top of all this he insults me non stop via the sale page. Be warned.

The housing had two cracks not mentioned. Had to pay for return shipping.
