Seller handled a problem to provide resolution to very frustrating issue that was not intentful. Initially I was frustrated and felt the seller was a fraud due to the issue. The IMEI registered clean on sites but for some reason with carrier it registered a locked not allowing activation. The seller was able to rectify the situation and get the phone unlocked as it should have been from the beginning. It did require some time and patience and the seller had to incur costs to resolve. Bc of this I want to make sure others know that if you have a problem with the seller due to a locked device issue etc reach out before leaving feedback as it is possibly not their fault. This also happened to me on another device with another seller as well, I think it's an IMEI registration check problem and not a seller fraud problem and it can hurt the seller and the buyer with no Ill intent. Thank you Matt for fixing the problem and especially only being able to be discovered a yr after purchase.

Phone got reported financed by tmobile two months after sale. Matthews is the most unprofessional seller i've had the displeasure to be dealing with. The average response time of his replies is between 24/48 hours so a simple issue will take weeks and nothing will come out of it. Had to file paypal dispute and even then he escalate the case meaning he didn't want to accept the return so he wanted to rip me off of this unusable phone. Luckily paypal sided with me and gave me my money back.
If you have any issues with this person go straight to paypal don't waste your time trying to solve it he will just make you waste your time.

ps On top of all this he insults me non stop via the sale page. Be warned.
