I had to return the phone because it was defective. Seller at first refused to give a full refund, claiming the phone was not defective. Eventually he provided the refund after a lot of time and pressure. It worked out ok but I can’t help but think seller was not operating in good faith, or at best wasn’t accepting responsibility for mistakes.
