Chose seller in part because they were close in proximity and advertised same day shipping. The item was sold the morning of Saturday, December 28th, but the item was not received by the post office (per tracking) until four days later, Tuesday, December 31st. No issues with the device have been reported, and it booted up fine, but just keep in mind this is not truly same day shipping.

I must say that I was disappointed to have to replace the battery less than a month after purchase. Would have expected more of a guarantee.

Received phone in securely packaged box. The after market charging cord provided made the phone hot while charging at night. I requested another charging cord to be sent to me. The seller did mail me another charging cord. My issue is that the seller mailed me out II charging cord in a regular paper envelope. Unfortunately, the post office damaged the envelope and I received the letter without the charging cord inside. The post office stamped the letter as damaged. Screen time cited the policy that any shipping damage by the USPS it's not their fault and my only recourse is to file a claim with the USPS. It is my contention that a charging cord should have been sent in a padded envelope and or a small box to prevent shipping damage in the first place. Update........
Seller eventually sent me another charging cord in a padded envelope that seems to be working just fine.

There was a quite a bit of bend to the phone that was not disclosed and was not visible in the photos, but was immediately evident in hand. I'll keep the phone, but I would not have bought it knowing it's true condition.

I would definitely not buy from screentime again. The phone I received had a bad battery that was always dying right after being taken off the charger. They refused to do anything about it after multiple requests and Swappa indicating to them that the phone didn't meet their criteria of being a functional phone.
Unfortunately Swappa didn't take any other steps as well which has led to me to having to pursue disputing the sale through paypal to try and get a refund. It has been a horrible experience all around.
