This is a very late review, but I was very pleased with the phone I got from this seller more than 4 years ago.

Everything was years ago so I don’t remember the details.

I always buy used iPhones for myself & my family. Used iPhone6 and newer models often have different LTE radio band support depending on where in the world each was originally sold. I wanted an A1633 model but so many fly-by-night sellers would advertise that but instead supply a world phone model A1688 that lacks one of the USA LTE bands. I selected "Screen Time" because they have a shop in the USA (Vermont actually). I was able to call and explain my preferences and received excellent service from Adam. He even complied with my request to temporarily hold shipment after purchase while I checked IMEI# of phone myself. When there was a problem with the charing cable that came with the phone, he corrected the problem to my satisfaction. I plan to buy from this vendor again (if the iPhone model I need is in stock).

Phone was just as described! Everything worked and went smoothly - only minor hiccup was that it didn't come with a cable but luckily I had a usb c already! Delivery was also prompt and well packaged.

Seller shipped phone priority mail which was a plus.Phone has SEVERE battery drainage. Battery started at 6am and was on 1% by 3pm without being used. Rating would be better if drainage was in the description. Thanks for fast shipping. Now planning to get battery replaced which cost MORE money
