Device was listed as in "very good" condition with very little notice of wear. Also stated scratches would be "very small." None of this was the case. I received a phone that had very large swirling scratches all over it. When I reached out to the seller, they indicated they felt the listing and description was accurate even though I posted photos of the large scratches. They eventually allowed a return.

3/14: I received my cellphone but the seller failed to include the charging cables...disappointed.

unfortunately the product that I received is damaged (visibly bent) and I would like to return it in exchange for the same phone, same price, at your earliest possible convenience.
