The battery on the phone was not viable and needed to be replaced within a week of receipt. The seller was willing to refund it, which is to their credit. We chose to replace the battery, rather than return the phone. My disappointment is that instead of a $235 phone, we got a $270 phone. If I wanted to shop in that price range, I would have gotten a different phone.
