The phone I bought arrived after a lengthy delay in the shipping process (seemed to be USPS's delay). When it did arrive, the screen functionality was limited and key touches on the touch-screen did not work correctly. Needed to return the phone. The seller responded quickly to my complaint, sent a return label for free return shipping, and sent a replacement phone right away. It’s nice when it works the first time, but sometimes things happen, and when the seller acts quickly to make it right, that’s worth appreciating.

These guy are great! Phone arrived in perfect condition. Had a major problem 40 days after purchase. Sent the phone back and they fixed it and now it's working beautifully! I really appreciate their quick response to my problem and speedy solution! They could have been sticklers to the 30 day warranty but they weren't and I'm soooooo thankful!!
