Screen is cracked, more than just scratches

Device is in good condition, but screen has burn-in issue not mentioned in listing

The Xbox controller that was sent with the console appeared to be an older generation, but the console itself appears to be in quality condition as advertised.

delivery was a problem but that was USPS fault, not sellers fault.

Could not complete sale. Probably deserves a thumbs down, but I’ll just post a neutral. Mistakes happen. Sellers have to beware of scammer buyers. Sale failed as item sent was 41mm Apple Watch instead of the listed 45mm. Seller could respond quicker with more clarity of situation. It felt as though seller was worried I was trying to be dishonest. In the end all turned out ok. Could have been better, could have been worse. Matt stepped up and made it all right. Item arrived and was excellent. Communication was nonexistent, and tracking invalid. A complete blind sale from point of purchase to receipt of goods.

shipping kind of took awhile. but good!

Phone looks great and had no problem setting it up, got the iPhone X 256 gb. Only issue is that when I am on a phone call people can’t hear me or I sound like I’m underwater/extremely muffled. I’ve looked up solutions how to fix, seems to be something with the phone itself.

Seller was flexible when a problem arose, and I was very appreciative of that flexibility.
