IMEI was blacklisted at some point after sale. I had to spend an hour on the phone with AT&T to unban my sim card from the network after inserting it into the device. Seller has knowingly sold blacklisted phones in the past, and yet Swappa has done absolutely nothing. Do not purchase from this seller.

He sold me a black listed iPhone 11 which couldn't be used. It was marked as stolen or lost. When I asked him to refund it he told me to send it back and to pay for shipping. So I have paid $ 324 got a useless phone and now have to send it back and pay another $ 25 for shipping. It sounds like a joke. When I asked him to pay for shipping he stopped responding.

After using the phone for 6 months it got cut off twice. After contacting my carrier, they informed me that the phone was reported stolen.

Poor communication and response time from seller - he was not responsive at all until swappa staff warned him. Multiple issues with aftermarket screen that were not disclosed pre-sale. I would have returned the phone if I did not live in another country. Overall, I would not reccommend purchasing from this seller.

I did receive all the products, but seller sent me a charger that did not function. He then did not respond for over a week until I put in a PayPal dispute; in which he then sent a functioning charger. Dissatisfied with communication.

I was sent a laptop without fully functional software. The seller takes far too long to communicate and took far to long to refund my return shipping. I also paid someone is one state, but was refunded by another company in another state. Overall, a questionable experience to say the least. The workaround the seller recommended to get into the laptop rendered some Windows Pro functions obsolete so buyer beware. My recommendation is to avoid this seller.

Several problems with the phone that were not disclosed. 1. The mute toggle is not functional. The back glass is not secured and came off when the back got wet. Clearly not to the original IP spec

The seller wasn't responsive much, did not answer any of my questions (prior to sale) and offered no assistance. I had a feeling this transaction wasn't going to work out. The phone I was sent was not unlocked, I tried multiple SIM cards and it did not work. I immediately returned the phone and was promptly refunded.

Receive the laptop with password, bad communication.
I buy and sell stuff online all the time and this was absolutely the worst services I’ve ever had.
The only good was the price other than that not recommended
