I received the phone and the screen has a diagonal small scratch in middle of the screen.
The seller claims that scratch is in the image, but it's impossible to see in the image. I feel like I've been misled, avoid this seller at all cost!

Seller sold a defective phone. Phone ended up dying a few months after purchase. Issues with charging port where it would not charge unless plugged in a certain way and had a defective network card on the phone for market price. Issues weren't stated and brought it the seller but he suggested to go to Apple to fix it. Issue just got worse and then the phone died afterwards.
