I received the phone and the screen has a diagonal small scratch in middle of the screen.
The seller claims that scratch is in the image, but it's impossible to see in the image. I feel like I've been misled, avoid this seller at all cost!

Great item

Seller sold a defective phone. Phone ended up dying a few months after purchase. Issues with charging port where it would not charge unless plugged in a certain way and had a defective network card on the phone for market price. Issues weren't stated and brought it the seller but he suggested to go to Apple to fix it. Issue just got worse and then the phone died afterwards.

The phone was in excellent condition, but I did not receive any of the original papers or the matte black iPhone 7 box as described in the description. However, the phone being so well cared for makes up for that!

There are visible scratches on the back of the phone, contrary to the listing, so this phone isn't quite 'mint', but I find the sale acceptable.

The listing was pretty much correct except for the fact that there were quite a few scratches on the back despite the owner saying he kept it in a case the whole time. This is nothing major, however. The phone was in great condition as stated. There was not a SIM card included and I don't recall what was stated on the sell. The phone works great once I got a SIM card for it. The Otter box for the phone did have scratches on the protective screen -- but I was buying for the phone not the case.

"Like new" Mint may have been a stretch with one dented in corner, but the price was right for the condition anyway. The shipping paid for by the seller was very fast and the device arrived as expected otherwise.

Quickly shipped, and had the phone in mint condition

Device was not mint and it was an AT&T variant converted to Dev Edition. However, Sean is amicable and was quick to offer a partial refund. After a couple of weeks, phone works great.
