Sold item elsewhere after had already submitted payment.

Updated Review: BUYER BEWARE!!. May 2020 purchased phone "Brand new condition never been use or activated" and Jan 2021 phone stopped working properly. Repairman said the phone did not have the original battery and was unable to get the phone functioning. Seller told me to contact Google support that informed me the phone was a Google Fi phone still under warranty and only needed the seller to transfer the warranty. Seller refused to give a refund (in which he could use that warranty) and refused to help with transferring the warranty. Do not buy from Onestopforless or [email protected] or Maximus Theodore.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I bought a phone from him several months ago, and when received, it was unlocked and working. Since that time, TMobile has BLOCKED the phone due to THE PREVIOUS CONTRACT ON THIS PHONE REMAINING UNPAID. Now we cannot use the phone. Swappa staff says they check if a phone is unlocked at the time of sale, but cannot get any of the financing information...thus it appears payment was stopped after the time of the sale.
THIS SELLER REFUSES TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY or assist us in contacting TMobile regarding HIS CONTRACT.
His unprofessional manner regarding this situation is evident in his responses to us, which include :"you people out of your mind", "you guys are real piece of work", even as the Swappa Staff are telling him it is His responsibility to deal with us and work out the situation.
