Phone appears to be defective. WiFi, radio not working. Took it to the Apple Store and they diagnosed it to be irreparable. I am highly dissatisfied with the experience. It is not at all fair to sell a phone with open issues claiming it to be a good device! I would like to have my money refunded.

Received device- did not come with Earpods, but checked his listing and it wasn't stated that it would come with them. Also, needed to be taken to Apple Store as display/ screen was loose and needed to be replaced/ changed. Tested device after replacement screen, and it works fine. May take back to Apple Store as clarity with speakerphone/ speaker when music playing isn't clear.
